Underground Electrification Work on
The Brossard-sur-le-parc Project Has Started

Groupe Boda recently began underground electrification work in its Brossardsur-le-parc residential project. This first phase of construction of the urban technical networks (UTNs), which include the Bell and Videotron networks, will take place over several weeks.
The Brossard-sur-le-Parc project will eventually include 55 single-family homes, 198 townhouses and 293 residential rental units. Currently, 16 single-family homes are under construction and more housing constructions are expected to start in the upcoming weeks. Built in the heart of Brossard's Grand Urban Park, a few steps from MarcelleGauvreau Elementary School, Brossard-sur-le-parc will offer its future residents direct access to highways 10 and 30 and to the future Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM) station to get to downtown Montreal in a few minutes. Future residents will also have walking access to the commercial and entertainment hub consisting of Quartier Dix30 and Solar Uniquartier.
