Signature of Protocole d’Entente concerning the Brossard-sur-le-Parc project

On Wednesday, July 10th 2019, the Protocole d'Entente concerning the infrastructure construction within the Brossard-sur-le-Parc project was signed at the Brossard City Hall. The president of Broad Group, Alice Wu, signed the Protocole d'Entente in conjunction with the other property owners and the City of Brossard. The infrastructure is supposed to start on August 12th 2019.

The Brossard-sur-le-Parc project is located in the heart of the Grand Parc Urbain, a new municipal park covering more than 4 million square feet. Once the development is complete, this huge park will be highlighted by its natural spaces, wooded areas and its offered activities. Work on Phase I of the park is underway and will be completed in the summer of 2019.
