On December 3, 2021 Groupe Boda acquired a great piece of land with an area of 5.6 million square feet, which is surrounded by a well established residential neighborhood in the city of Candiac. 

This acquisition is in line with Groupe Boda's vision to provide better living environments to community by developing innovative projects focused on sustainable development.
