On May 18th,2022, the engineering firm FNX-INNOV released the 2nd episode of its "Field Perspective" series. This episode has been dedicated to the Groupe Boda’s project – Candiac TOD de la Gare, a real estate project developed according to the principles of a TOD (Transit Oriented Development) and selected by the Montreal Metropolitan Community (CMM) to be a demonstration project implementing the principles of sustainable development provided for in the Metropolitan Land Use and Development Plan (PMAD). Groupe Boda’s TOD de la Gare Candiac project is located next to Candiac Train Station, and was designed to encourage active mobility.
