Broad Group’s Candiac TOD de la Gare Project

Broad Group developed in the last past years the Candiac TOD de la Gare project, which is located at the intersection of Highway 15 and 30, next to the EXO’s Candiac Railway station, offering a quick access to downtown Montreal. After years of hard work, Broad Group is proud to announce that the main avenue of its Candiac TOD de la Gare project has been recently paved and will be open to the public shortly this summer, providing to its residents a new direct access to the railway station.
The phases I and 2 of the project are ongoing with new residential constructions, and new neighbors will move in gradually. In addition, Broad Group will start the landscaping work of the central park and the linear park this summer to offer as quickly as possible new green spaces to the residents in the neighborhood.
