On September 18, 2022, the 11th edition of "HSBC Cup" Montreal Chinese Golf Open, was organized by the Montreal Chinese Golf Association (MCGA). Groupe Boda is proud to be a sponsor and pleased to welcome more than 120 players to one of Canada’s best Centennial golf courses.

Among the 120 golf players, 10 were junior golf players, all gathered at Golf Lachute. Despite the bad weather, all players were highly involved and played under the rain with enthusiasm. This year’s tournament attracts participants across Canada, including London, Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, PEI, and more. Member of Parliament Mr. Han Dong and former Canadian ambassador to China Mr. Guy St Jacques also attended to this wonderful event.

Groupe Boda has sponsored the MCGA for more than 10 years, and was honored with the "Special Contribution Award" at the 2021 and 2022 “HSBC Cup” Montreal Chinese Golf Open. Groupe Boda has made outstanding contributions to the popularity of golf amongst the Chinese community.

The MCGA was created on March 28, 2011. MCGA is committed to promoting golf in the greater Montreal area and to providing golf enthusiasts with more opportunities to meet with friends and improve their golf skills.
