President
Alice Minying Wu
Alice Wu, Founder of Groupe Boda, has been its president since 2006. She was formerly the President of New Era International Inc. Having a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai International Studies University and a master’s degree from McGill University, Alice Wu has accumulated over 30 years of experience in management and more than 20 years in the field of real-estate development. Her exemplary work ethic, strong leadership and unrivaled passion for the real estate industry, along with the strength of her team, have led Groupe Boda to its current success.
Executive Vice-President
Marie-Sara Hamel
Holding a strong track record in real estate development and financing, Marie-Sara is responsible for successfully completing all of the group's real estate projects as well as overseeing and optimizing the operations of its commercial properties. In addition to leading the progress of various real estate projects, coordinating professionals and maximizing the efficiency of her team, she makes significant contributions to the group's strategic decisions by actively participating in sales / acquisitions negotiations and by putting her financing expertise to use in developing financial strategies for the group’s real estate portfolio.
Vice President, Acquisition-Development
Yannick Cloutier
Yannick is responsible for finding and analyzing new acquisitions for Groupe Boda and helps with the development.
Yannick retains a successful track record of over 600 commercial real estate transactions, with nearly 18 years of experience in his field. He has been a part in over $750 millions dollars worth of closed buildings and lands and he has carried out several of the largest real estate transactions of recent years in the greater Montreal area.
Davis Zhang
Vice President, Corporative Affairs
Davis Zhang holds a master’s degree in business administration. He demonstrates distinguished management skills as well as excellent organization and coordination abilities.
Wilson Lei
Vice President, Finance
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Finance and graduate degree in Charted Public Accountancy program from Concordia University, Wilson Lei is a CPA professional who worked in bank and accounting firm before joining Groupe Boda. He has intensive experiences in financial management, operational cost optimization and tax planning for SME. He works as a VP-Finance to coordinate real estate project acquisitions, to maintain high level of accounting standards and tax compliance, and to optimize operational cost structure in Groupe Boda.
Jin Wang
Vice President, Operation
Graduated from WESTFORD University in France in International Trade, Jin is working as Project Manager in Groupe Boda. She has more than 10 years of international business project management experience, including the management of two successful cases of Outlets.
Lawrence Huang
Director - Construction
Studying in Finance at the University of Toronto and Concordia University, Lawrence Huang worked in the financial field for two years before joining Groupe Boda. Lawrence Huang worked as a Bank Financial Account Manager before joining Groupe Boda. Presently, Lawrence is overseeing every project and manages operations within the company. Speaking three languages fluently, English, French, and Mandarin, Lawrence is able to communicate and interact with a considerable number of people with ease. Known for his listening skills and creativity, Lawrence is able to understand a problem and provide valuable ideas and solutions. Always calm and collected, he is motivated by new challenges and always willing to learn and improve himself in every way possible.
Lily Zhou
Director - Sales
Lily Zhou graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology with B.Sc. in Project Cost Management as well as in Industrial and Civil Architecture. Before starting her job in Groupe Boda, Lily has had experience working in project cost management, in market development, where she was responsible for real-estate market research and customer relationship. Currently, Lily assumes the position of sales manager in Broad Group, in charge of sales, customer relationship and constant follow-up of the projects.
Huiyuan Li
Financial Manager
A graduate of Jilin University in Business and Financial Management, with over ten years of experience in this field, Huiyuan Li has developed excellent management skills. Since joining Groupe Boda in 2021, as financial manager, she has demonstrated her work with enthusiasm and professionalism and plays an important role within Groupe Boda.
Benjamin Scott Painchaud
General Manager, Lachute Golf
Graduated from university of Ottawa, Benjamin has more than 15 years of working experience in golf field. Benjamin is working as the general manager in Lachute Golf.
Brenda Bi
Director - Marketing
Brenda joined Groupe Boda with a M.sc in Finance from Concordia University. As the marketing director, Brenda is experienced in the field of business promotion. She will be responsible for the marketing and business development for Groupe Boda with great passion.
Bingyue Lu
Accountant
Graduated from McGill University in accounting, Binyue is working in the financial department of Groupe Boda. He has 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and taxation. With his solid foundation of accounting knowledge and well-developed expertise in the field, he is responsible for a big part of the accounting affairs of all subsidiaries to Groupe Boda. Furthermore, he is also involved in the business and individual tax filing and planning for the group.
Anna Jiang
Project Manager
Graduated from University of Manitoba in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Anna is working as a project manager in Groupe Boda, and is mainly responsible for project analysis and development. Previously, she worked in the engineering department of the University of Manitoba, and has professional management experiences on architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering projects.
Johnny Zhang
Site Manager and Supervisor
Graduated from the University of Windsor with a H.Bsc in Liberal Arts and Social Science, Johnny is serving as Site Manager and Supervisor in Groupe Boda. He is in charge of the site management, office supply and logistics services in various activities of the company. Known for his sense of responsibility, passion and energy, Johnny is always ready to help in every need of his team.
Philippe Roy
Project director - Engineering
Philippe joined Groupe Boda as Project director - Engineering. He has a background as civil engineer and has few years of experience as field engineer. He has worked on complex projects in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia. He is actively involved in the management and coordination of our real estate development projects.
Yiting Chen
Accountant
With intensive working experiences in accounting firm and corporation, Yiting joined Groupe Boda as an internal accountant in finance department. She has solid knowledge in accounting and taxation field and she is responsible for full-cycle process of bookkeeping. She has excellent multilingual skills, proficient in English, French and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). With her passion and professionalism, she acts as an great integral part of Groupe Boda.
Sophie Boivin
Executive Assistant, Acquisition-Development
With over 16 years in real estate development, Sophie brings her experience in property management and administration of large-scale construction projects in downtown Montreal and surrounding areas. She supports the Vice-president, Acquisition-Development with her knowledge of real estate and construction.
Tina Wang
Accountant
Tina is a member of the National Payroll Institute and has intensive experience working in accounting firm before joining Groupe Boda. With a solid knowledge of financial and accounting principles, she is expert in bookkeeping and payroll management. As an internal accountant in the finance department of Groupe Boda, Tina demonstrates her expertise and qualities with rigor and well-organization to her work.
